A consular or diaspora card is a document given to Rwandans legally staying in our area of jurisdiction.

REQUIREMENTS
•    A filled application form;
•    Copy of National Identity Card or Passport;
•    Copy of valid documents used in the country of residence (resident permit OR work permit);
•    One recently taken clear colored passport photo with white background;
•    The service fee is GHC100
•    PROCESSING TIME: Two working days.
