REQUIREMENTS
•    A complete Visa application form by applicant, the form can be downloaded via this link www.migration.gov.rw/fileadmin/templates/pdf_files/permits/visa_permit_application_form_pdf.pdf
•    Valid Passport for at least 6 months from the intended travelling schedule;
•    One recent colored passport photograph with white background (please do not staple the photograph);
•    Invitation letter (where applicable);
•    Introduction letter stating the visa required and length of stay;
•    Payment of Visa processing fees accordingly;
NB: VISA PROCESSING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDED IN CASES OF REJECTION.
